Odin Automation Premium 6.0 has reached End of Maintenance on July 31, 2017

We strongly advise you to contact your Technical Account Manager and Sales Account Manager to build a roadmap for bringing your OA Premium installation up to the latest version.

In keeping with our Odin Automation Premium lifecycle policy, we have ended maintenance for OA Premium 6.0 on July 31, 2017. Now OA Premium 6.0 has entered Extended Support phase which will last till December 31 2018, during this period following limitations will apply:

  • It will not be possible to assign Severity 1 and 2 to tickets;
  • Tickets for version 6.0 will be given less priority than tickets for up-to-date OA Premium versions;
  • We will be doing our best to provide prompt response to the issues, but Odin Support team does not commit to keep the same SLA, as we do for supported versions;
  • If an issue requires developers' assistance (e.g. a deeper investigation or a code patch is necessary), you will be prompted to upgrade to a supported version.

On December 31, 2018 OA Premium 6.0 will reach End of Life, after we will no longer accept tickets for it.

Odin Automation Premium 7.0 has reached End of Maintenance on March 31, 2018

In keeping with our Odin Automation Premium lifecycle policy, we have ended maintenance for OA Premium 7.0 on March 31, 2018. Now OA Premium 7.0 has entered Extended Support phase which will last for 12 months, during this period following limitations will apply:

  • It will not be possible to assign Severity 1 and 2 to tickets;
  • Tickets for version 7.0 will be given less priority than tickets for up-to-date OA Premium versions;
  • We will be doing our best to provide prompt response to the issues, but Odin Support team does not commit to keep the same SLA, as we do for supported versions;
  • If an issue requires developers’ assistance (e.g. a deeper investigation or a code patch is necessary), you will be prompted to upgrade to a supported version.

  • It will not be possible to assign Severity 1 and 2 to tickets;
  • Tickets for version 7.3 will be given less priority than tickets for up-to-date OA Premium versions;
  • We will be doing our best to provide prompt response to the issues, but Odin Support team does not commit to keep the same SLA, as we do for supported versions;
  • If an issue requires developers’ assistance (e.g. a deeper investigation or a code patch is necessary), you will be prompted to upgrade to a supported version.

On June 10, 2019 OA Premium 7.3 will reach End of Life, after we will no longer accept tickets for it.

Attention! 7.4 RC is intended for testing only!

You are welcome to report any problems or bugs you experienced with the product. However, following limitations are applied:

  • It is not possible to assign Severity 1 and 2 tickets.
  • It is not possible to submit tickets for Production platforms.
  • We will be doing our best to provide prompt response to the reported issues, but Odin Support team does not commit to keep the same SLA, as we do for supported versions of OA Premium.
